Job Summarry

Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop solutions to technical issues
- Respond, Update and Resolve IT Incidents/Service Request
- Deploy Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix problems
- Install and configure new software and hardware and update existing ones as needed
- Sustain and support the existing IT Infrastructure
- Contribute to the knowledge management system while working on technical issues
- Support Conference Room solutions and co-ordinate with partners
Eligibility Criteria:
- No previous professional experience.
- Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language
- Demonstrated written communication skills to create useful support logs
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame
- Multitasking skills to assist multiple employees at once
- Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems
- Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees and coworkers
- Familiarity of ITIL Processes, Basic Power Shell Scripting, Basic Networking Knowledge and End user related Security applications
- Basic understanding Operating system Such as MS Windows and Unix
Qualifications
- A B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science or Information Systems with minimum 65% aggregate
- Graduating in 2024 without any backlogs.
